February Employee Spotlight: Isidro Agraz

Isidro Agraz has been with the company for 25 years and is a welder. His job focuses on welding the wide variety of cantilever arms and supporting parts here at MECO. He has been a welder the entire 25 years and has been a reliable and consistent force in our production department.

Accomplishments at MECO:

Since working here, I have been able to pay for my schooling.

Best advice:

MECO always works with employees, just do your job, come in when you are supposed to and keep your work current.

Something else to accomplish:

I hope to retire next year.

Outside interests:

I enjoy yardwork.

Favorite things about Omaha:

I like the environment in Omaha and visiting family.

Favorite restaurant:

We only go out to eat once every six months or so since my wife is an excellent cook. If we do go out, I would choose Chinese.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

Everything.
