May Employee Spotlight: Todd Brooks

Todd Brooks has been with the company for 23 years. Having started in graphic design, he has taken on many roles including being part of the marketing staff.

Be on time, be flexible, and be able to learn and adapt.

Next MECO milestone:

My 25th anniversary with the company in 2025.

Why did you choose this line of work?

I love to be creative; I majored in advertising and music. I have a passion for the marketing side of the business and like to influence others in a creative way.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

The variety of work; it can range from working on a price list in Excel to taking photos in the plant.

Outside interests:

Theater and music; arts in the community.

Favorite thing about Omaha:

I enjoy the variety of things to do in Omaha.

Favorite restaurant:

Twisted Tail (for ribs); Henry’s (prime ribe) and Alpine (fried chicken)
